Returns & Refunds

We want you — and your Sphynx — to love what you ordered.

If something isn’t right, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Because our products are designed for sensitive, hairless skin, we cannot accept items that have been worn for hygiene reasons.


How to start a return

Simply email us at hello@sphynx.pet with your order number.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you clear instructions on how and where to return your item.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Damaged, wrong or defective items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.


Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Personal care items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about your item, contact us before returning.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.


European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still meet the return conditions above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
